    Pascal Savard has been working in the field of organizational psychology for over 25 years. A psychologist and psychotherapist, he is recognized for his expertise in leadership assessment, executive coaching, and support in sensitive workplace situations.

    Founder of Phénix Conseil, he established the firm in 2009 to bring his vision of organizational psychology consulting to life—without compromise: combining rigorous processes with a deeply human approach.

    His work spans the entire talent management cycle: potential assessment in selection or development contexts, repositioning or turnaround coaching, support for leaders in transition, and strategic advising on staffing challenges. He relies on validated psychometric tools while placing central importance on active listening, strong relationships, and a deep understanding of the organizational context.

    With dual training in industrial/organizational psychology and psychotherapy, he brings both a structured and sensitive perspective to human dynamics in the workplace. He is equally at ease in high-performance environments and in more fragile contexts where tension and emotion are more present. He is especially known for his ability to deliver honest, nuanced, and respectful feedback—feedback that fosters individual engagement and supports organizational decision-making.
